The pricing unit is a single subscriber where a subscriber is an end-user of the service for any role: employee, administrators, and/or account approvers. A subscriber is any individual that is assigned a security logon ID for access to the service. Individual subscribers are counted only once for multiple roles.

The Internet Time System is a pre-paid service. Customer accounts are adjusted monthly for new subscribers added to account and subscribers removed from the organization account.

Monthly subscription price will be adjusted or increased no more frequent than 1 year following service origination date or anniversary.

A late charge of 1.5% per month is charged to accounts for payments not received by the payment due date.
