This calculator makes it easy to sum multiple time durations in various formats. Perfect for adding up timesheet entries, calculating total billable hours, or combining multiple time periods.

Supported Time Formats

HH:MM Format

  • 8:30 = 8 hours 30 minutes
  • 1:45 = 1 hour 45 minutes
  • 0:15 = 15 minutes

Decimal Format

  • 7.5 = 7.5 hours
  • 7.5h = 7.5 hours
  • 1.25 = 1.25 hours

Minutes Only

  • 45m = 45 minutes
  • 90m = 90 minutes (1.5 hours)
  • 15m = 15 minutes

Enhanced Format (with dates & tasks)

  • 01/15, 8:30, Meeting
  • 7.5, Project Work

Enhanced Mode Features

  • Date Tracking: Add MM/DD dates to track when hours were worked
  • Task/Project Names: Label each entry with a task or project description

How to Use

  1. Choose Simple or Enhanced mode based on your needs
  2. Enter your time durations (one per line, or separated by commas)
  3. In Enhanced mode, optionally include dates (MM/DD) and task/project names
  4. Click "Calculate Sum" to get the total
  5. View results in grid format (Enhanced mode) or copy the totals
