Timesheet Entry Reporting

This document outlines the process for generating detailed Timesheet Entry Reports in the OfficeSeries application. These reports provide valuable insights into timesheet entries for a specified date range, including project hours, approval details, and notes.

A step-by-step guide to generating detailed timesheet entry report in OfficeSeries

Step 1: Accessing timesheet entry reporting

  • Sign in to the OfficeSeries application.
  • Navigate to the "Timesheets" section from the dashboard or through the navigation menu.
  • Locate the "Timesheet Reporting" card within the Timesheets section.
  • Click on "View Report" on the card to access the reporting options.
  • From the available options, select "Timesheet Entry Reporting" to proceed with generating the report.

Step 2: Setting the report date range

  • Upon accessing the Timesheet Entry Reporting screen, your weekly timesheet report will be automatically generated.
  • You will also find options to customize the date range for the report.
  • Use the date pickers to select the desired date range for which you want to generate the report.

Step 3: Generating the report

  • Selecting the desired date range automatically generates the report.
  • The report will display detailed timesheet entries within the specified date range.

Step 4: Reviewing the report

  • The generated report will include the following details for each timesheet entry:
    • Date
    • Employee name
    • Project name and code
    • Hours logged
    • Team approval
    • Project approval
    • Notes

Step 5: Exporting the report

  • After reviewing the report, you can export it in various formats for your reporting and record-keeping needs.
  • Use the export options provided to download the report in PDF, Excel, or CSV format.

  • The Timesheet Entry Reporting feature is designed to provide users with comprehensive insights into their time tracking and project management efforts.
  • Users are encouraged to regularly generate and review these reports to ensure accurate and efficient project tracking and billing.
